Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Magelang City in month September 2024 amounted to 35.44 percent, experiencing a decrease of 3.74 points compared to the ROR in August 2024 which was recorded at 39.18 percent.

Average Length of Stay (RLM) of hotel guests in September 2024 recorded for 1.26 p.m., a decrease of 0.04 points compared August 2024 which was recorded for 1.30 nights.

Average bed occupancy rate (TPTT) in September 2024 amounted to 38.07 percent, a decrease of 2.13 points compared to August 2024 which was recorded at 40.20 percent.

Average guests per room or Double Room Occupancy Rate (TPGK) in September 2024 (2.12 guests per room) an increase of 0.10 points compared to August 2024, which was recorded at 2.02 guests per room.
