Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Magelang Municipality 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents to SKD 2022 are consumers who have received services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit from 1 January to 22 July 2022. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2022 is to obtain consumer perceptions about service quality and BPS data quality, as well as identify data needs consumer. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2022 SKD results is PST BPS City of Magelang. SKD results show that the value of Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) in PST BPS Magelang City is 89.69.
