Analysis of Human Development Quality of Magelang Municipality 2024

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an indicator of the achievement of community quality of life development which is compiled based on three basic dimensions, namely longevity and healthy life, knowledge, and decent standard of living. The dimension of longevity and healthy life is represented by the indicator of life expectancy at birth. The dimension of knowledge is represented by the indicator of expected years of schooling and average years of schooling, while the dimension of decent standard of living is represented by adjusted per capita expenditure.
The Central Statistics Agency of Magelang City presents HDI figures periodically every year. The presentation of human development analysis is intended as a source of information that can be used in preparing planning related to human development in Magelang City. The presentation method is carried out in the form of simple descriptive analysis using a table and graphic approach to make it easier for users to understand the development of HDI achievements and their indicators.
