Knowledge Sharing and Public Speaking Practices at BPS Magelang City, were held on February 28, 2020. Attended by all employees of BPS City of Magelang, Change Agent Nur Hafidhah El R, SST delivered this public speaking material. Furthermore, the practice of public speaking was carried out, represented by Ahmad Yaskur, S.Si, Rini Tri W, Joko Prasetyo, Sugeng Sriyanto, Galih Caritra, Septania AW. By sharing public speaking knowledge, it is expected that in the future, all employees can master and practice this public speaking technique. So that it will become a good culture and can improve performance.
