Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Magelang City in January 2024 reached 33.50 percent, a decrease of 17.83 points compared to the TPK in December 2023 which was recorded at 51.33 percent.

The Average Length of Stay (RLM) for hotel guests in January 2024 was recorded at 1.16 nights, a decrease of 0.08 points compared to December 2023 which was recorded at 1.24 nights.

The average bed occupancy rate (TPTT) in January 2024 was 34.18 percent, a decrease of 15.68 points compared to December 2023 which was recorded at 49.86 percent.

The average guest per room or double room occupancy rate (TPGK) in January 2024 increased by 0.12 points compared to December 2023. In January 2024 it was recorded at 2.01 guests per room, while in December 2023 it was recorded at 1 .89 guests per room.
