Abstract

Magelang city in November 2015 experienced inflation of 0.31 percent in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) was 120.42 higher than in October 2015 by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 120.05. Inflation occurs mainly due to price increases resulting increase in the index at 1.76 percent foodstuffs, processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco 0.05 percent, housing, water, electricity, and fuel 0.04 percent, education, recreation and sport 0.02 percent, health group by 0.0 percent. While deflation is the clothing group by 0.93 percent and transportation, communication and financial services 0.04 percent.
